The court postponed the case of the “fake graduation certificate” in which the deposed mayor of Istanbul, Ekrem Imamoglu, is being tried until the December 25 session.
The preliminary decision stated that a memorandum would be written to the Fifth Administrative Court in Istanbul to inquire about the extent to which its decision was final, with the next session resuming at 11:00 on December 25.
This case comes separately from The case of “political and military espionage,” in which the Public Prosecution demanded the continued detention of Imamoglu and three other defendants.
