The Government Information Office in Gaza announced the resignation of the Chairman of the Governmental Emergency Committee, Muhammad Abdel Khaleq Al-Farra, and the dissolution of the committee, within the framework of transferring the administration of the Gaza Strip to the “Committee for Supporting the Palestinian Community.”
The office stated that the administrative and legal preparations necessary to transfer the government administration in Gaza to the National Committee have been completed, indicating that the government institutions in Gaza had previously expressed their willingness to hand over the administration.
