Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister: America's recent actions will not go unanswered
Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Qasem Gharibabadi announces that the new US strikes on Iran will not go unanswered, accusing Washington of not adhering to the Pakistan agreement in June, and describes Trump’s threats as an admission of the failure of the sanctions policy.
Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Qassem Gharibabadi announced that the recent US strikes on Iran “will not go unanswered.”
Gharibabadi said in statements to Iranian state television that the United States did not adhere to the understanding reached through Pakistan’s mediation on June 14, explaining that according to the memorandum of understanding, the two parties should have progressed gradually.
He touched on US President Donald Trump’s insulting statements towards Iran, saying: “The statements he made today are an insult.” To the Iranian people to threaten more attacks is not a sign of power, but rather an admission of the failure of a policy that has continued for years based on force, sanctions and threats, and has not succeeded in bringing the Iranian nation to its knees.”
He added: “We must speak to the guilty and murderous Trump in his own language, and it seems that he understands the language of force better.”
Gharibabadi concluded his statements by emphasizing: “America’s recent actions will not go unanswered.”
This statement comes after the US Central Command (Centcom) officially announced the launch of Additional strikes on Iran, amid recording sounds of explosions in several Iranian cities.
