Iranian state television reported explosion sounds in waters near Qeshm Island and off Sirik and Minab in southern Iran, with no immediate report of casualties or damage.

Hormozgan provincial authorities said the sounds heard on Qeshm came from the sea and that relevant agencies were still investigating their source and nature.

Saudi authorities said 73 civilians, including women and children, were injured in Houthi attacks on cities and civilian and economic facilities in the south of the kingdom, according to Saudi media.
